Also, please be aware that our prices, styles, colors, sizes, and availability, are subject to change, without prior notice.

1. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are a special occasion clothing store, selling the current season's apparel, and not the manufacturer. We carry limited quantities and special order most items. Therefore, we cannot return the items to the manufacturer, unless there is a manufacturer's defect PRIOR to the sale and delivery to you. We would like for you to be happy with your purchase. We offer EITHER a one-time exchange or a store credit less 15% restocking fee, OR a refund less 25% restocking fee for items returned and postmarked within FIVE BUSINESS (7 regular) days of receipt (i.e. excluding Sat, Sun, major holidays). Shipping charges are non-refundable or not credited.

Items bought under the "Clearance" section are non-refundable. One-time exchange or store credit only with a $20.00 restocking fee.

Please return the item within FIVE (7 regular) business days of receipt, with a Return Authorization Number marked on the outside of the box, in its original condition, unworn (except for fitting), all hang tags attached, to:

Please include a copy of the shipping invoice and mail the package, postage and insurance prepaid, with the RA Number marked on the front. Returned items for exchanges, will be inspected first and any credit applied, less shipping costs. Please refer to the page "Return Policy" for more details.

2. WHY IS THERE A CANCELLATION OR RESTOCKING FEE?
There is a cancellation fee of 25% because when we receive your order, we try to expedite it as soon as possible, by placing your order with the manufacturer and oftentimes, your order is already on its way to us or if dropshipped, to you. Suppliers do not welcome returns unless it is a defective product. The restocking fee (15/25%) covers the costs of shipping and handling, credit card fees, and fees incurred in reordering another dress for you. There is a restocking fee for exchanges, for the previous reasons mentioned. Also, for someone else needing to purchase the same style, color, or size, that you have returned, is quite uncommon (we do not have a physical store) and we have to put the item on clearance.
 
3. WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, cashier's checks, and money orders. If you send us a cashiers check, or money order, please email us with the item number, size, and color, of your purchase. We will expedite your order as soon as we receive it.
 
4. HOW AND WHERE ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED?
The item or items will be shipped via Federal Express. We offer *FREE Ground Shipping to all of the continental USA, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. *Restrictions do apply. Please see our Shipping page for more information on shipping charges and estimated delivery times. We ship only to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Ireland, and United Kingdom, at this time. We do ship to military addresses. If you live in a foreign country and would like to purchase from us, please request for an estimated shipping charge.
 
5. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
If the order is in stock, it will take approximately from 1-5 business days to reach addresses in the U.S. Outside of the U.S., delivery time is about 5-10 business days. If the dress is on SPECIAL ORDER or BACK ORDER, it will take from 3-6 weeks. These are special occasion clothing, so please plan ahead. When you check out on the Shopping Cart page, please include the WEAR DATE, so we have an indication of when you need the item. Therefore, typical delivery time from shipment to arrival, is 2 to 3 weeks. We will inform you of any delays as soon as possible, for delivery times after that time period. If the item is in our hanging stock, we will ship on the same day or the next day. We do not carry every style, color, and size in our hanging stock. It is impossible to carry so much inventory of every style, color, and size, just like the typical brick and mortar store.
 
6. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Select the dress you would like to purchase, and click on the BLUE LINK with the item description. This will take you to another page with more details, for example, sizes, colors, and prices, etc. Make your selections. Please remember to always MEASURE yourself first and use the SIZE CHARTS. Then after your selection, click on ADD TO CART. You will then continue with SHOPPING or CHECKOUT. If you decide to checkout, you will then be taken to the billing and shipping verification page and you will then enter your payment information and shipping address. It is just that simple!
7. HOW SECURE IS IT WHEN I USE MY CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT?
Our store employs the latest encryption technology called SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to protect the personal information that you share with us. Please click on the VeriSign logo on the bottom of this page, for more information. When you place an order, information, including your name, address, and credit card number, are encrypted on a secure server. Your credit card and billing information are read "in transit" while it is sent from the website to the order system. Once your information is received, it is stored on a server that is accessed from the Internet. In the UNLIKELY event that unauthorized charges are made to your credit card, you are responsible for notifying your credit card company immediately, in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
 
8. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PLACE AN ORDER?
You will receive an e-mail message confirming your order, the order confirmation number, and the amount charged to your credit card or Paypal account. If you have sent a money order or cashiers check, we will inform you via email of its receipt, and then your order will be processed promptly. If you order online and do not receive a confirmation number, please inform us immediately as your order may not have been captured by our system.
 
9. HOW DO I USE THE SEARCH FEATURE TO FIND A CERTAIN DRESS?
Using the Search Box: You may search by entering the maker's name, if you are unsure of the style number. If you have the style number and designer's name, put in the FIRST 3 letters of the name and all the style numbers after them, without any spaces in between. For example, we code Karen Miller as KAR, Cachet as CAC, etc. and the manufacturer's style number come after these letters.
 
10. CAN I SPECIAL ORDER A DRESS THAT I DO NOT SEE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Certainly, you may special order a dress that we do not carry here. We carry items that we think may be popular with our customers but everyone's taste is different. So, if you like a certain designer but do not see the exact style being offered, feel free to drop us a line to see whether we can possibly special order it for you. However, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds and exchanges for special orders.
 
11. CAN I RECEIVE A CATALOG?
Sorry, we do not provide catalogs. We are not the manufacturers. Also, our inventory changes quickly and what you see online are what we currently carry.
 
12. DO YOU CHARGE CUSTOMS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
We do not charge any customs when sending our packages. However, the customer is responsible for the custom fees, if any, which are at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. There is no clear indication of how much these fees will cost. Please refer to your local customs agency.
 
13. I SENT MY GOWN FOR DRY CLEANING AND IT IS NOW DAMAGED?
We are not responsible for any damage or damages to the gown, using any cleaning method and the losses incurred by it. We are only responsible for damages when you first receive the gown, e.g., missing beadwork, fabric flaw, etc.
