Audrey's now offer regular and customized, made-to-measure line of mother of the bride dresses and formal evening wear in conjunction with our tailor, Erizzi Bridal. The lead time is only 30-40 days (rush orders: 3 to 4 weeks). We are also so pleased with their quality and workmanship and just want to pass on this on to you.
Be aware that there are China websites that offer similar dresses at very low prices. "You get what you pay for" as these dresses are of poor quality and have substandard workmanship. The shipping fees to and from USA are expensive, around $50 each way. You may have to pay US customs fees as well. Their customer service reps cannot be reached by phone or even email. We stand behind our product as we want you, our valued customer, to have a good experience ordering with us.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Erizzi is our dependable factory overseas that reproduces formal gowns. The intention is to have the gown made as closely as possible to the picture but there will be slight variations in laces, beads, and trimmings due to availability.
Lead Time: 30-40 days from order date. Dresses are made-to-order for you.
Rush Cut - 3 to 4 weeks: $40 extra.
"Custom" Charges and Policy: Custom made dresses are $30 extra for all sizes. These items are non-returnable, non-refundable.
"Non-custom" dresses: These dresses are returnable with the customary 20% restocking fee. Please refer to our return policy for more details.
Size Charges: Sizes from 18-28 are $20 extra. Sizes from 30-38 are $30 extra.
Extra Lengths or Material Charges: $10-20 extra.
